I’m not sure if Coquette is one I will end up keeping simply because I have SO many brown shades already (and I could easily use another brown I love in its place). MAC eyeshadows used: Vanilla (inner half of lid) Coquette (outer half of lid) Quarry (crease) Vanilla (blend) Shroom (highlight brow bone).

- MAC Brun & Coquette Review. By beautyconfidentials. I like to use eye shadows to fill in my brows, I feel it looks very natural and there is just a greater range to choose from to find the perfect match for your brows. The two eye shadows I got for this purpose are Coquette and Brun by MAC. I chose them because they are very neutral and ashy/cool.
- Start with your lighter brow color. For this look I used MAC eyeshadow in Coquette. Using your angled brush, apply the lighter shade all throughout the brow following your natural brow shape.

So, why am I excited about MAC’s Brows Are It! collection? Well, there is a dearth of eyebrow products in India and while most of us have access to makeup products from the US where well-groomed and filled eyebrows are the rage, there are others who don’t. I still see ladies using those outdated jet-black eyebrow pencil to draw thick long lines and claiming them to be natural eyebrows. Sigh.
Whenever someone asks me for a good brow product, I think for a minute and simply recommend using a soft brown/taupe matte eyeshadow and an angled brush which is why I’m super pumped about this particular range dedicated to eyebrows! Hallelujah!
